I am a contemporary artist based in Jaipur. I love flowing colours and the different ways in
which they interact and create organic forms. My painting process always starts with
playing with colors instinctively and letting them behave in a way I couldn’t have imagined.
I find immense beauty in small areas as I carve out imaginary elements. In this process,
nature inspires me as I create a balance between spontaneity and structure.
Through my work, I want people to pay attention to the nuances and beauty in everyday
experiences and to remind them that there are meaningful connections between
seemingly unrelated things, but only if we are willing to see.
I have been painting since my childhood. I graduated in drawing and painting from
Rajasthan University, but began my professional art practice in 2019 after leaving a long
corporate IT career. I have spoken about my art journey as a TEDx speaker. I have exhibited
my work in Jaipur, New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad through participation in
20+ exhibitions and a solo show in Jaipur. I am truly grateful for all the love and support my
work has received so far, with over 200 paintings sold, my art resides in private collections
all over India and across the world, making people happy.
